What is ADHD coaching?

As an ADHD coach, I work with clients to identify their individual needs and goals, and build the self-awareness, skills, strategies, and support systems to meet them.

Through regular one-on-one sessions, I provide guidance, encouragement, and practical tools tailored to each client’s unique strengths and needs.

The coaching process empowers individuals to better understand their ADHD, set realistic objectives, and implement effective techniques to support productivity and well-being.

What ADHD coaching is not:

  • Therapy – while it is okay, and often helpful, to work with a therapist and coach at the same time, there is a certain level of emotional healing and stability that needs to already be present in order for coaching to be really effective.
  • Consulting – depending on the client I’m working with, I will often weave in varying levels of ADHD, business, and creative career expertise if it supports the client’s goals. However, I am not there to give advice or tell you what to do, rather to help you tap into your own wisdom and resourcefulness.
  • A “cure” for ADHD – I view ADHD as a set of traits that are an intrinsic part of who we are, and not something that can or should be “fixed.” My goal is to help you embrace who you are and find ways of both utilizing your strengths and navigating your challenges, so that you can lead your best life.

“I realized after our sessions that while I’d had some business coaching before, and of course a great deal of actor training, no one had ever asked me about my values or what was important to me…”

– K, theatre artist/teacher

“Incredibly helpful! I honestly felt so hopeless about the American theatre as a whole after 15 months of pandemic shutdown (and much of the subsequent exploitative attempts at “restarting”). These sessions completely changed my perspective.”

– R, costumer/content creator

Work With Me

“The most regretful people on earth are those who felt the call to creative work, who felt their own creative power restive and uprising, and gave to it neither power nor time.”
